**** Warning **** One of the worst experiences in my life at this place on July 13th. My wife and 2 daughters were excited to try the drive in. We arrived at 7pm and the place appeared to be near capacity about an hour and half before showtime. We waited in line to drive through the entrance gate and asked the owner who was taking money if there were any spots left. He said "oh there are about 20 or so scattered around". He gave my wife a blue sheet and change. There was a huge line behind us which were let in to the drive after us. We spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to find a parking spot which was impossible. The driving lanes were clogged with people in their chairs. Cars were parked in the aisles and finally we gave up and decided to leave.
I parked at the exit gate which was chained off. I went to the owner who by then was telling people to park outside to sit on the ground with no sound unless they had a portable radio. I asked for a refund and he rudely replied "no refunds" and I asked "where is it marked or stated anywhere here no refunds?" I realize it’s a movie but this was an hour before the movie was even shown and he misrepresented the lot having open spots. He went to take money again and then turned around and said "I said no refunds do you even have a ticket” like I was trying to swindle him out of money. Then I looked at what my wife gave me and it was a sheet about their concession specials and a five dollar bill. I then realized he short changed us $12.00 as the total would have been $23.00 for 2 adults and 2 children. My wife gave him two $20 bills.
He again said no refunds and pointed out 2 spots way to the side on the first row where countless kids were throwing around baseballs and footballs. I said to him I would let my friends know about this on Facebook and his reply was "sure you do that ".
