We had a symphony to attend at the Meyerson on a Saturday night and intended to dine there. We needed reservations so had to go elsewhere. We walked down to 650 which is in the Plaza of the Americas. The place was eerily quiet. We were seated promptly at the restaurant and the waiter took our drink order which was fast. He took forever to take our food order. There were only a few people in the entire restaurant. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive! Our symphony was at 8 and it arrived at our table at 7:30! My friend ordered the mahi mahi and I had the pesto pasta with chicken and mushrooms. Both entrees were delicious but it was a shame we had to gobble it down for our concert! My friend had to ask for tartar sauce twice. The waitstaff was extremely unattentive and LAZY!
