Got my first oil change in my brand new cruze by these incompeted mechanics. They left my oil filter cap loose. When I called them after leaving the shop and told them my car was smoking, I receiced a call back and said DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. When I finally got an appointment with the service manager and told them that I might have possible engine damage, and if I ever try to sell it and tell the next people who buy it about there botcht oil change. His reponse was ""WHY WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO SAY ANYTHING"". This dealership has never tried to call me to correct this mistake. DIdn't even clean my engine after the oill leak. Also when I went back to the shop, the mechanic left the oil cap off, shut my hood and said I'm good to go. Run from these people. $45 I paid for this service. What a joke.\r
And if you think GM headquater would do anything about it, they hung up on me when I complained
