Old Dominion Animal clinic is dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pet. The relaxed and friendly setting is welcoming and comfortable for both owners and their dogs and cats. The staff is very friendly towards you and your animals. They take time to speak with you about any concerns and to give advice when asked. I am so glad I found this office to care for my animals. Best Other Family Doctor Ever! 3/28/2010

Dr. Rohlk has truly been our "other family doctor" for many years. Along with other family members, he treated my sweet Chewie lab mix since she was a puppy and was kind enough to allow her last moments in the comfort of home. He clearly understands the relationship that people have with their pets today. He is knowledgeable about the latest treatments, but usually suggests less invasive, less expensive approach to vetinary care. His rates are reasonable and while they are a busy practice, he and his staff always make our family feel special. more

Great cutomer Service, receiptionist & vet assistants 1/15/2007

The staff at old Dominion Animal Clinic are wonderful! I really like it that the assistants are more than just assistants they really care about the animals & what's so really nice they remember you & your animal even when your pet is not with you. more

Lacking Bedside Manners 10/24/2005

The vet here is okay from a medical standpoint, but I wasn't impressed with his approach towards my cats or towards me. Even after I told him that I worked for a vet for many years, he still treated me like a child who didn't know what I was talking about. He doesn't even come across as being crazy about animals. Anyone can know how to diagnose a problem, but it takes someone special to be a great vet, and this place isn't it. more
