Today was the first issue I have had with this place. In all the years I have been driving, and needing a new battery, all parts stores have helped me. They have always taken out my bad battery and put the new one in for me, my friends too. But today they would not do that for me, and when I asked him if he would charge my battery if my car was dead (I thought the new battery would be put in as it always had been) he said mmm I can try I guess. Now what kind of customer service is that? They have portables made to that for people who need a jump. Wow. I guess I will have to go somewhere else.
