I absolutely loved my experience with Piano Gallery in Orem! Randy was amazing to work with and truly wanted me to get the piano that was right for me! It took a couple months of visiting the store weekly and I never once felt pressured into buying a piano. Randy would even text me about new pianos that had come into the store that I might be interested in. Once I settled on the right one, it was delivered within a matter of hours. I have loved it!!!! I had a fantastic experience at the Piano Gallery. Not only were all of my questions answered but I also was able to play the pianos myself and get the feel of the different ones. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, and Joe was especially great to work with. I would highly recommend stopping by the Piano Gallery for whatever kind of piano you are looking in to getting. more

Joe Beagley was friendly, knowledgeable, & listened to our needs and desires. He helped us identify the best digital keyboard for us, and we got it on sale at an excellent value. The one we wanted was in stock, and was delivered the next business day. We had a great experience, and pleased. There even seems to be an almost ivory feel to the keyboard, as well as a sense of touch and sound as if it nearly were a grand piano. I am amazed and happy. more

If you need a Piano you need to go to Piano Gallery in Orem and ask for Carter, he was amazing! Carter worked hard for us Ÿ˜Š He made sure our piano purchase was the right piano for our needs. Carter is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. This was our third baby grand piano purchase and I would never go to anyone else but Carter from now on!! more

We went to the piano liquidation event held at the South Towne Expo and loved our experience! Randy was great to work with and we purchased the piano I've always wanted! The price was very reasonable, the movers were friendly and efficient, and the whole process went very smoothly. I'd highly recommend visiting the liquidation event next summer whether you're looking for a new or used piano. more

Joe was very knowledgable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy any certain piano, we were just allowed to make the best informed decision. They gave us a great price and honored every incentive they offered. Really had a great experience and we love our new piano. We recently bought a Yamaha digital piano from the Piano Gallery. We are so happy with it. The owner, Randy, was extremely helpful. He was willing to work with us to make sure all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable with our purchase. He allowed us to take our time with the decision and we never felt pressured to buy. He went out of his way to come in and meet us another day so we could bring our son in to check out the piano before we purchased it. We love the Piano Gallery. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a piano. more

Last week I went into the Orem piano gallery to look at their pianos! Joe Beagley was soooo amazing at helping me find the perfect piano & answering any questions I had! I wanted to still shop around to find the best deal!! I ended up going back to see Joe & I purchased a beautiful black shiny Knabe vertical grand piano!!! The piano gallery is the best place to go if your looking for a piano!! more

The Musicians store 6/10/2005

Keith Jorgensens is a store with special memories for me. I remember having the chance to play with 9 other pianists in recital in their recital hall. The concert was a success. Now, Many months later, I remember the store, the sponsorship of the employees here, and I am more than willing to recommend this store to anyone in need of Musicial Instruments, Music etc. They treat you right!! more
