Abused my nursing staff and even had a friend witness the abuse. $42k and over a yr out of work and permanent damage. Hospital did not provide good customer services and did not listen to patient requests and denied me my rights for test to be done that could have avoided all of this. Now I struggle with my health and live off credit cards to survive and the hospital shows now interest. Whatever happen to Legal and True Customer Service. Simple: If I paid for a service that I did not get, should I get a refund? You would think particularly if it involves someones health, life and well being. Cons: Abuse you and take your money and leave you sick more

I try to avoid this hospital at all costs, unfortunately I have a wonderful doctor that practices here. When I arrived for my last bl**d draw, I was the only patient in the waiting room, but the front desk made me wait almost an hour before checking in. This was a simple doctor - ordered a draw from my veins (the word bl**d is not allowed here??), I had the orders in my hand, but they did not allow me to check in at the bl**d draw office. During check in the clerks were distracted, disinterested, and very slow. After check in at the front desk, I was sent to the bl**d draw area. Here I had to wait behind other people who were checking in at the bl**d draw area!! The total time for a simple bl**d draw was close to one and a half hours, and I started at 7 AM, not a busy time of the day.
