I was working with a ?Dennis? via email about purchasing a new 2008 Yaris. He sent me some price quotes and I replied back with some methods on how to reduce the price. I wasn?t expecting him to come back with much of a better price, because the quote he gave me was a little better than others I have received. However, he replied back with a very unprofessional and borderline ?rude? response. A copy of his email to me is below. I want to make it clear that I would have bought the car at the price he originally offered, but I am willing to pay a little more at another dealership for better service.
