The staff here really rude. They did have the part I needed but in the process of getting it, they made fun of me and made me feel like a complete fool. I would not recommend this...

I am the owner of Abilene Appliance Parts.\r \r I was never contacted about rudeness, and would have tried to remedy the situation. I have been in business since 1996, and know that I can't please everyone, but I have to be aware of the situation to fix it. more

rude people 9/20/2005

The staff here really rude. They did have the part I needed but in the process of getting it, they made fun of me and made me feel like a complete fool. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are better places to go for parts in town. more
