Excellent Cleaning & Customer Attention 9/17/2008

I'm VERY impressed with the service I've been recently getting with Maids-onCall! It's just not possible with my crazy work schedule to keep up with cleaning my apartment, and since this chore gets ignored I've started scheduling cleaning twice a month and it's working out GREAT! It's not expensive like I've always heard & it is SO worth it to come home and see my place in order. I'm impressed with the questions asked during my initial phone call and then the detailed cleaning results - like the window sills that I can admittedly ignore, window blinds and the baseboards. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else. 8/20/2008

We have been using Maids On Call for over a year now. The experience has been trememdous. The owner allows flexibility in scheduling, the people they send are prompt and competent, and most of all - they are considerate and trustworthy. It is a pleasure to write and 'sing their praises'. We couldn't be more pleased. more

Very Easy to Do Business With. Tries to accomodate my needs and not their schedule 8/19/2008

Very customer focused. Always tries to come when needed and willing to do whatever you ask them to do above and beyond the regular cleaning. Interested in feedback after each cleaning. Phone is always answered no matter when I call and appreciate the call the night before cleaning just as a friendly reminder. I have used the service for almost 10 years now. more

They do not actually clean!! 8/10/2008

I used this cleaning service based on the two strong reviews on this site, but unfortunately I had a very different experience. Their initial service was nice--it was easy to set up a time, they called to follow up, etc. The cost was slightly higher than the two other companies I talked to but I decided it would be worth it to get a job well done. When I got back to my apartment the day that it had ""been cleaned"" my floors were still dirty, I could still see dust on every surface... it was like someone came in and wiped down sinks and areas like the tub and then left thinking job complete. I was very disappointed. When I called to discuss this I was told there was nothing they could do. I would NOT recommend this company. more

Loved them 6/30/2004

I Have had bad experiences with maids and was glad that Maids on call restored my faith in good people at a fair price. I have been using them for a few years now and would highly recommend them to everyone. Pros: great competive rates, very friendly, people who care more
