reasonable prices and timless designs, poor quality many times 7/16/2008

BR does have reasonable prices for modern but timeless classic pieces. However, the hems come undone and the buttons fall off in a matter of days. The quality is not at all what it used to be. The salespersons can be a little pushy for you to purchase things, but they are fun too. Pros: Modernized classics for reasonable prices Cons: decreasing quality more

Amazing Factory Store! 8/5/2002

I recently visited the Banana Republic Factory Store in Opry Mills and was extremely surprised! I received a friendly greeting by every employee as I made my way through the store, and everybody was willing to help me find an outfit. Best place to shop for casual or professional dress! They always have great deals and 25 or 40% off almost everything! Pros: Customer Service, Great Sales, Extremely Friendly more
