I have placed large orders with this company for the past four years. Our orders typically range from $450.00 to $850.00 every 6months to a year or so. We are a small business and we chose to spice things up a bit by changing styles of shirts and hats in combos of screen printing and embroidery. Some things have been only somewhat satisfactory over the years but we never complained, we just thought from one small business to another we let it fly. Finally, this last order we placed was very poorly done. Alot of options were not asked of us (i.e. shirt styles and color combos) they just took it upon themselves to pick. I blame myself for having someone other than me place the order and i admitted this to them but they took zero compassion. My thoughts are they should always ask the customer. Aside from that issue, which is not that big of a deal the hats we ordered embroidery on were very poor. It's almost like the machine was not set up properly. i am not even being picky on these, anyone can see the quality is not good. We brought our unsatisfactory complaint up in person to the owner. He was very sarcastic but trying to be polite. He explained how their machines were ( again, we never had this issue in the past) then said they have a $6000 order in and they were busy. I joked and said well i guess you don't want us as customer's anymore (since we have never complained in the past) and he looked me in the eye and said ""well, yes, that's about right."" So, i guess our little on average $500 orders mean nothing to them. I am appawled at the customer satisfaction and humiliated that we were treated in this manner. BOTTOM LINE: THIS COMPANY IS FINE AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS!
