I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle took my car in to check the tires immediately. Found out there were issues and some tires needed to be replaced. Luckily they were in stock. I also was ready for an oil change so I got "the works" at the same time. When it was time to check out the invoice was incorrect but everyone got on it and it was fixed. Wait time for the entire procedure was excellent and the waiting room is a great place to chill while waiting. more

I was able to have my F-150 detailed with a coupon for attending a new vehicle class. I had the oil changed and tires rotated as per my maintenance contract I purchased with my vehicle. The detail department drove my truck to the service department after they were done with the detailing. The people in the service department waiting room were very friendly and helpful. The whole servicing program were done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything looked and worked great when I picked up the truck. Best of all, everything was free. Thank you to Landmark for the extra incentives for people buying new cars. more

Everything went fine until my Explorer was parked outside and ready for me to go. I saw the paperwork get turned in and then I waited for about 15 minutes (the young lady did not look busy). I finally walked up and asked for the paperwork. more

Jeffery Sleight was excellent, low pressure, answered all or question honestly and was like a true friend! \r The only problem we has was when we did not want the added insurance etc., the F&I"" manager got upset (you could tell by the way he pounded on the key on his computer after we declined) because we were not taking any add-ons. I know this is a cash-cow in the auto dealership industry and little tact would have made our experience a 5 start. more

The Service was excellent and Mr. Steve Morales is also a great communicator. I'm happy in every way with my service except I believe that Ford should have arranged for me to have a free rental car today since I was asked to drop my car off for 3/4's of the day for a recall repair to my new Ford Fusion Energi. Apart from this - excellent experience. Landmark did arrange for me to be dropped off at work by a shuttle from the dealership. The driver was very good - quite well spoken and sociable. more

Up until this past visit I was the happiest customer from the service dept but this time I now have to bring it back again and I don't really have that leisure, They had it all day and did not check my break nor give a report for the all point inspection, this was one of the reasons it was brought in along with other services.\r Also my car can only be washed by hand & dried so it does not spot. I now have water spots all over it and it has been detailed several time with Bruce and I still have this issue. The coating they put on made it worse. I would like some resolution on this issue for the spots and the not checking the breaks which was essential. more

Overall we had a very good experience at the dealership considering we were being a vehicle (slightly jaded on the car buying process). We were up front with Tom on our budget and limited availability. He worked with us to get most of the legwork completed ahead of time (fast turnaround time and very responsive) so our time at the dealership was minimized. Tom listened to our needs and did a great job finding our new Explorer. He took the time to walk through our new vehicle which was appreciated for a good stepping off point to send us on our way. more

80000 mile service. Everything great except that tires could not be rotated because I didn't have a special tool with me that's used to access lug nuts. You guys sold me these snow tires and rims. I would have thought you'd have the tools to remove the wheels. Now I have to cone on second time for tire rotation. more
