I have been dealing with Western for some time now. Western as such in my case are hired by lawyers hired by the people or companies you owe money too. Mine was a medical bill. Mike the owner has been very helpful and worked with me when I needed it. These men have a job to do and they do it well. \r Thanks so much Mike at western.\r \r Spershing more

This company is worthless!!! 9/23/2010

We had a medical debt and it was reported to Western Credit the most unfriendly and unprofessional person I have delt with! We payed our debt to them and over and beyond what it stated on our credit report. Payed it in July and still at the end of September it was still on our report so I called and he said well you should be glad I'm even going to take it off!!!!! Where it should only take no more than a week if that! So I told him if he doesn't have it removed in a week I will file a claim on them. more

Turned the tables 6/2/2010

My ex was responsible for paying on an orthodontist bill for our son. I paid my half in full, the ex let his go for 7 years. No one contacted me. It was turned over to Western Credit & Collections. I explained the situation, gave him my ex's information, he didn't care told me to pay up and then go sue my ex. i refused so he sued me for the balance plus 7 years late fees. I fought it in court...and the judge ruled in my favor. And then Western Credit and Collections had to pay me for my small claims court costs. Cons: Not willing to work with people more

Very agressive, big interest 5/10/2009

Wilamette dental uses this service for collections. They will not work with you at all. Do not make payment arrangements with them. Just send them what you can. be warned, they charge 9% of your total debt each month to you so you will spiral into deeper and deeper debt. There are far better Collection services out there that will work with you. Thank you willamette dental for making my debt go up 9% each month. collection agents are worthless wastes of life 2/12/2009

Evil, mean, heartless man. I false debt was filed against me, no effort was made to contact me for almost 10 years and when I tried to reason and settle with this s.o.b, he insulted me and put me down. get a real job, dirtbag. Cons: couldn't have been ruder more
