Took a flat tire there on 3/14/11 and was told it would be an hour wait, even know the 2 guys working there were doing nothing and the tire was already off the car. I was told to take the tire to the auto doors and was left standing there in the drizzling rain while the younger guy stood there texting on his phone inside. Then they used a plug instead of a patch, which I thought was kinda chincey, and charged me $10. By the time I got home the tire was flat again, so back I go. I go into the office where I was ignored for about 5 minutes by the guy working on a Green Pontiac sunfire in the shop bay. The other younger guy working there comes up and I tell him it was flat by the time I got home. So he looks at it and finds a 2nd nail and informs me it will be another $10 to plug that hole. So, I am kinda stuck so I pay him another $10 and away I go. $20 for a flat repair, what a rip but at least it's fixed.
I get home and put the tire on the car and guess what.... FLAT. I make up some soapy water and the 1st hole they pluged went through the tread and out the sidewall, so the tire was not fixable to begin with. IF THEY HAD A DUNK TANK THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS. All tire shops should be required to have one.
So, I paid $20 to wind up with a flat tire. But that's not why I wrote this..... I wrote this because of the rude/arrogant I was treated as a paying customer. This was my 1st time going there, and it will be my last.
