I was in the nighbourhood and took my car in to get my inspection done, told me i needed $250 worth of repairs before they would pass it for inspection! took it to two other repair shops and both told me no repairs were needed for the inspection! lousy service, wouldn't recommend! more

Pep boys didnt put the oil cap back , forgot to put the filter back on and messed up my truck, I bought new tires, got ripped off, they forgot to balance the tires. more

I've had excellent service and luck with Pep Boys- No matter what city, state- Recently I was in MD and had a flat tire- The manager called someone back to work to fix my flat tire. I explained that I was from NY and on my way home. Talk about a classy place! The prices are excellent too. I now buy mostly all of my auto needs at Pep Boys! Pep Boys rocks on! Great deals on tires 6/17/2005

Pep Boys has great tire deals. They are usually cheaper than competitors and do a great job taking off old tires and installing new ones. If you're in a bind, go here. more
