I have always loved Pink inc. and have several of their sportswoman's shirts, I have begged my fiance' to give them a shot. He came home yesterday and said he finally stopped by whilst waiting for his 2 new Canali suits to be tailored. He was shocked at the awful service by the woman, brown hair, mid to late 30's who gave off negative vibes & made him feel unwanted and made little to no eye contact. She did not give a business card or ask for pertinent information to allow for a relationship to flourish. So typical, people assume if you don't drop a grand or more you are small potatoes. What Pink forgets is how to build a loyal customer base. Too sad for them. I will never go back. We will never spend our hard earned money where people are treated so rudely. There is too much competition and poor economy to be lackadaisical to any client, it is about customer service, because there is such a fight for peoples business. You can just go to the next awesome shirt store, and there are plenty!
