bought shoes at Payless couple of times, and always returned them afterwards. the shoes always hurt my feet. I'd recommend Aerosoles.

If the shoes charge your $10, how much do you really get? In my standard, $2 for customer service, $5 for quality, $3 for company reputation. In my experience of store # 4350 and #4787, before I make any purchase, I feel like the shoes will cost $10 because it is inexpensive and nice style. After I getting touch with their employees and actually purchase the shoes, I will said the shoes was overcharge. I only willing to pay $1 (-$4 customer service, $2 quality and $3 reputation). more

Good store for a families' budget. Look for leather shoes. (Not always easy) Pros: Inexpensive, variety, parents lucky find Cons: salespeople, store setup, need more leather more

cheap and very decent 10/26/2002

The shoes at Payless are of very decent quality and the prices are unbeatable. I would recommend it any time for any very-budget-conscious shopper. The only problem is that you may see your shoes on other people's feet in your neighborhood. In this case, it's better to stick to classical unobtrusive styles... Pros: value, quality Cons: hard to find help, slightly warehousy more

i always buy my shoes at payless...they may not be expensive shoes but they do last and are very comfortable. more
