I've gone here for several months for my dry cleaning. However, during my last dry cleaning, I had a suit cleaned (for only the 2nd time in its existence) and afterwards the rear pocket was completely torn apart. I took it back and asked them to fix it and they would only do it if I paid for the repair. Any other dry cleaning business would have repaired it for free if they had torn it during cleaning. After I said that I wanted them to repair it for free or at least refund my dry cleaning charges, the woman proceeds to call me a ""bad person"" in Korean and doesn't think I understand. She then says in Korean to the tailor that ""we tore the pocket"" and ""this bad person wants..."" What kind of shop owner or customer service person calls the customer a bad person for asking for reasonable compensation for an error that they made? I will never go here again. I should've listened to all the people I've heard complaining to her throughout the years, but I never thought it would happen to me. Do not go here. Better prices two blocks down.
