I don't know what the negative is about. This is a great store. They had everything that I was looking for. My girlfriend really likes to dress up our puppies, and this place had everything... bags clothes hundreds of styles of collars, etc... Their puppies were a little old, but never the less a incredible variety of puppies, and they seemed healthy and well cared for. I will definitely shop here any time that I am looking to have a good day with my girlfriend. And the next time I am looking for a puppy, I will check here first. more

I got taken 2/12/2011

Lots of customers in store. I made a 70 dollar purchase of a dog bag, took it outside to show my handicapped partner. It was too big, I brought it back, LESS THAN 2 min, and they refused to refund my money!! All the signs were under merchandise! They blamed ME for not asking their employee if I could get a refund if I walked outside and came back in. Now I have to sue them in small claims to get my money back. They are nothing but a rip off! more
