My wife bought a fairly expensive item here yesterday and asked if she could return it for a credit on her credit card. They said they have a 24 hour policy for returns otherwise it only for a store credit. She went back today to return it and the story had changed. First, I would never shop in a store that only has store credits. Second, they said today ""Oh, the 24 hour policy is for small craft items."" The owner was extremely rude to her, and I figured the best way to deal with this is to let everyone know how they treat their customers. We used to shop there regularly and hadn't in many years and this was the how they treated us. Best to avoid this place because of their return policy which is antiquated just like the mentality of the owner. She even offered to buy another item at a lower cost and they would not fully refund the difference on her card. What kind of customer goodwill is this?
