Genz-Ryan Plumbing & Heating

Our 1973 home was on its original furnace an HVAC, so we figured it was time for an upgrade. We got bids from 4 contractors after very quickly down-selecting to two we went with Genz. Our salesman was extremely friendly, respectful, educational, and thorough. He didn't try to over-sell us, and in fact talked me OUT of some more expensive options that just didn't fit my needs. A geo-thermal install is not simple. It involves sub-contracting and a lot of moving parts. My install manager did a great job of coordinating everything, keeping me up to speed, and executing the project. The sub-contractors were all very friendly. I am of the belief that for any project of this magnitude expecting no mistakes is just completely impractical. Expecting the company to do everything they can to make sure you're satisfied, however, should be the standard. In this Genz-Ryan both promised, and delivered. My system was installed in the cooling season. When it flipped into heating it was just a bit noisier than I expected. They came out and fixed it. No shirking, no fuss. Fantastic experience. I am now a customer of Genz-Ryan as long as they keep the business as this fine of a level. more

Genz-Ryan installed kitchen counter tops in my home. Everything from the initial showroom tour and consultation to the finished product was handled with complete professionalism by extremely knowledgeable individuals. The showroom itself made our decision making process very easy as we were able to see fully functioning faucets and full counter top designs. My AC went out, I made a quick call to Genz-Ryan. They explained to me a lot of the deals that were out there, as well as the confusing tax-rebate program going on. They didn't ""oversell"" me on any equipment. They got me into just what I needed at my pricepoint, that qualified me still for all the rebates and credits, etc. \r \r Installation was a breeze! Having called to schedule a service call for a problem, the service manager thoroughly took his time to discover what the problem was and who his best technician to fix it might be; he then coached me through some steps to try resolve it without having to spend money on the service call. Was patient with me and took his time - maybe 10 minutes if you can believe that - in our hurry up world. Could have just as easily scheduled a service call, but had my best interest at heart. LEGENDARY service and I highly recommend Genz Ryan to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC service. Thank you Richard!!! Pros: Helped me solve a problem & save $$ without a service call more
