It features a diverse selection of fine, creative furniture, clothing, jewelry, art and ocean kayaks. So go here for all your hard to find zany wacky shopping needs. more

One of a kind store. 8/13/2005

The name of the store says it all. You can find the most random stuff in there. My experience with this store is that one day my girlfriend and I were eating at the Purple Cow which is right across the street from C&E and were just drawn in by the name and what you could see through the windows. It's a little pricy on some items, but you won't find some of this stuff anywhere else. Great store if you're looking to decorate your home, or are looking for an interesting gift for a friend. The staff is kind and courteous. more

Cool and Eclectic Indeed ... 8/8/2005

This store is exactly what the name implies it is, cool and eclectic. The merchandise in the store is unusual to say the least, with everything from furniture to collectables to garden accessories. The prices are a bit steep considering its primarly of interest to visiting tourists who have the money to burn, but it's well worth a look anyhow. As an added bonus, Cool and Eclectic is open late ... how late, I'm not quite sure, but I've driven by at midnight only to see the "open" sign still lit up. This is a fun store for anyone who loves to browse, as there's enough odd stuff inside to keep one amused for hours. more

Crazy, wild, daring! 7/21/2005

Cool and Eclectic is a lot like Decorum Furniture in that they sell amazingly weird and wonderful items. The difference is that this store has some of the most unusual items I have ever seen in this area. From life size figures, to shoe shaped recliner chairs, the store has something for everyone. They also sell clothing and accessories, but the artwork and furniture are what really get people talking. I expecially love their lip shaped red couch and funky lamps. This is definitely a place to check out, and tell your friends about, too! more
