Unfortunately there is only one free standing MAC store in Atlanta and I can assure you I won't be back! I recently purchased a set of brushes (and the cleaner) and one fell apart within two months! I went back to the store to purchase a few items, with the brush and receipt in tow hoping to make a simple exchange. The associates were incredibly rude and said returns can only be made within 30 days. So, a $40 brush only has to last 30 days? They were so condescending and suggested I call Corporate Customer service, which I did. MAC suggested I send the brush back, they would have someone in their lab ""evaluate"" it and determine if I am due an exchange. Seriously? So, in the meantime I have not brush or the money I paid for it? Can someone in Atlanta not determine it fell apart? To top it off, I had taken materials in to join their professional membership program (which meant I went in intending to buy more!) and they failed to give back my ID. They made no effort to call and when I went back about half an hour later was told to WAIT while they finished a make-up consultation! And this was during the day on a weekday. There are plenty of places that are willing to take my money and be polite about it, AND guarantee that their products will hold up!

Cons: Terrible customer service-- not worth it!
