Clermont Pediatrics has Excellent Customer Service 1/12/2011

I brought my son in for a physical appointment and i was amazed at how good they treated my child. They actually took the time to sit and listen to my concerns. They were very thorough. The doctors and their lovely staff are so courteous and caring. I will recommend them to everyone. more

Good doctors 1/12/2011

When I moved from Texas, I asked around to see who to take my girls to for pediatrics. My church recommended Clermont Pediatrics and I've been happy with them every since. The doctors there are even using electronic records now so I don't ahve to take a prescription with me when the girls are sick, the pharmacist gets them electronically. more

Sports physicals 1/12/2011

I bring my boys to the office for their sports physicals every year and one of the docs found a heart murmur in my youngest. Thankfully, it turned out to only be small hole in the heart and he's doing good after the surgery, but I thank God they found it before he started football. more

Best Pediatrics in Lake County 1/12/2011

I've been seeing Dr. Mendiratta since my parents moved to Clermont and now I take my own newborn to Clermont Pediatrics. He's always taken great care of her and even came to the ER to take care of her and admit her to the hospital when she got RSV. I can always get in the same day when she's sick and it helps that I was able to sign a form so my parents can bring her to the office when I'm working. more

I've shopped around... 1/12/2011

I've been to several doctors in Clermont since my son has had a lot of problems with Ashthma and ADHD. I got great care at Clermont Pediatrics after several docs ignored my son's nightly cough and never really treated it the way they should. I disagree with VLP's comments as the staff always asks which doctor you want to see when you call and make an appointment, you only get different doctors if you walk in without an appt. more

I've been taking my two kids too Clermont Pediatrics since they were born, and the doctors even visited my newborns in the hospital. They have always been attentive and are even open late so I can them in after work. more

Ocoee Office is EXCELLENT 7/6/2010

I too had a negative experience at the Clermont location. My son's regular office is the Ocoee location and they are the absolute BEST!! The doctors and staff are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I am usually always seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time and the physicians are very THOROUGH. My son is almost 4 years old and they have been his pediatrician since the day he was born. Unfortunately, one Friday evening he was very ill and since the Ocoee office is closed on Saturdays, they recommended I take him to the Clermont location. They were awful over there, I would have been better off taking my son to an Urgent Care Clinic. Pros: Knowledgeable Staff, Very Convenient & Helpful more

Worst Pediatrics Office in the Area 1/13/2009

This office is incompetant, lacks customer service skills and the facility is very dirty. Also, you never see the same doctor twice . . . the doctor's rarely check the file prior to meeting with you and on two occasions they have missed diagnosed my child. I would not recommend this office for your loved ones. Cons: Staff and facility more
