The workers were unprofessional and unkind. I would try someone else first. Quality does matter !!! Pros: good payment plan Cons: not very professional

I've been using Rockdale Plumbing since 1999, on my own home and rental property. I can honestly say I have never had a problem with them. I received excellent service over the years, and quality work at a reasonable price. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and have heard no complaints. If I ever have a problem with a business, I always make sure to speak to the owner(s) and make them aware, because companies that have been in business for years do not want anyone unprofessional working for them. I highly recommend Rockdale Plumbing & Drain. more

Recommend for Plumbing Needs 9/7/2008

Plumber that came to home for water leak in yard was very professional. Took him awhile to get there but was expected for a Monday call. Fixed the leak and gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the water line. They came back and replaced line as soon as the ground had dried. Great service. Would recommend Pros: Reasonable prices more

Very unprofessional. Would not show up at expected day and time without a phone call. Too much of a guessing game of whether they were coming out or not Pros: Reasonable prices Cons: Unprofessional. Too much of a hassle. more
