Glen Management Service

What a bunch of as----holes. They will not do anything to help anyone. They are rude and never help. All they will do is send out letters but heaven forbid they actually get out and find out what is going on. Is there anyone out there that knows who the president of Glen Management is. We need to know so that we can call him 24 hours a day until this horrible company does what you ask of it. Who do they work for Hitler! You can never say that the cream of the crop work there. Then just look at the board. The are no prize either. I think the people from Glen Management get fired and then get on the board. ANyone ever hear of education and ethics and common sense. I SOLD my home over two months ago but they continue to withdraw money from my account for association dues. I brought this error to their attention, with proof, but they didn't attempt to call me back. Why should they, right? THEY have MY money. I called back and was given the run around... told to call someone who is out of the office. Still waiting for a call back... Pros: managed to find the WORST of Boca and put them in one office Cons: poor customer service more

UNBELIEVABLY rude and unhelpful. I can't believe that I am PAYING for this kind of treatment. Can't wait to get on the board of my condo association so we can GET RID OF them. DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN A CONTRACT WITH THIS PEOPLE! more

Though they are paid to work on behalf of the homeowners association, whenever they are contacted by this homeowner, they are evasive, rude, difficult to get a hold of, act as if they are a law unto themselves. more
