Thank goodness for Kimberly and her wonderful sense of style! It is not just her name on the door, she is there almost everday! I was amazed to find her there a week before she was due to give birth, and even more amazed to find her back a week after! She truly loves what she does(not to mention clothes) The store itself is true boutique with a constantly changing inventory from week to week, which means if you see something you like, odds are it will be gone soon, so do not think about it too long!(I have been burned several time this spring already! ARGH!) A total no pressure environment, almost like a girls clubhouse! She loaned a customer a pair of her own shoes one time! I am constantly hearing about how she shares everything with her customers, from baby clothes to her clothes if need be! She explained that she travels to NYC several times a year for buying and the results are trendy on time fashions for me! Which is great cause a 2 hour trip to the city or Boston isn't in the cards anytime soon! The staff is great, knowlegable, and friendly. Stop by Kimberly Boutique, you will not be sorry... friends from Naples, florida, who have visited Kimberly Boutique have highly recommended it for one stop shopping. They praised it for it's apparel, jewwlry and accessories and said it was truly an enjoyable experience. Friendly, helpful gals, who made them feel comfortable in ""trying on."" They brought home to Naples some unique , latest fashions that they could not find here in Naples. When I go to Hartford and get off the plane I intend to head directly to Kimberly Boutique and enjoy the same shopping.experience. Sounds like fun!!!!! more

So happy to have found a staff to changed the shopping experience for me. They hand me things to try that fit beautifully (great, slimming jeans the first try!) and hide my body flaws; give me tips on following new trends with a few, key wardrobe additions or accessories; and have an excellent selection of clothes whether I am looking for work or play. I also find that the classic finds I get last over at least 3 years and counting. Pros: I can get lunch at max's before shopping. Cons: I never just buy what I came to find-I find something I can't live without more

Although new to the area, I found Kimberly Boutique to be a delightful shopping experience. The selection of merchandise shows the talent of the owner, and the staff is extremely well informed and friendly. This is place that I will revisit often. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

I was visiting some friends in West Hartford, when I found this shop......What a gem.... the saleswoman was very helpful, and the clothing selection is excellent. I loved the jewelry selection. Don't miss Kimberly Boutique when in CT... and don't forget to check the ""Clearance Section""... I got a couple of great deals :) more

If you are sick and tired of being the ignored customer, shop at Kimberly Boutique. The customer service was so fantastic! Everyone that works there took the time to help me without making me feel pressured to buy something. The selection of clothes were great and the fashion advice I received from the staff was so helpful. In regards to the first post - this store is above and beyond the others, there is no comparison. I do a lot of shopping -- from discount shops to mall stores to high-end boutiques. I have never in my life come across a store with such poor customer service. The store's owner is rude and unfriendly. The merchandise is exorbitantly overpriced for the quality. I would strongly recommend against shopping at this store -- go to Glee or Khaki & Black instead.
