For the umpteenth time I've visited Jo-Anns, walked around, admired the merchandise and then walked out without buying anything. The customer service is virtually nonexistent. I don't blame the very few clerks. They are overworked and obviously stressed out. I think they do try but there just aren't enough of them. Jo-Ann's always seems to have a lot of customers milling around, asking questions of each other, looking confused and unhappy. Maybe they are making money but is this really good merchandising? What happened to those 4 little words: "May I help you?"
