Worst Experience Ever 8/28/2012

They ruined my Aunt's 60th surprise birthday party. When we called to have them rectify the situation, they lied about everything just to get us not to cancel and then stopped returning our phone calls. They were near impossible to reach by telephone and avoided our calls and never called us back. We had to use different phone numbers to prevent being screened. We were not rude or mean even though we had full right to be. I recommend you use avoid them. more

TERRIBLE! 9/24/2010

BIG MISTAKE to come here. I gave them a sale totaling about $350 for various party rental items. When I called to make a small change to my order which would require me to reduce 1 table and 5 chairs (about a $15 difference), the owner Phyllis was extremely rude about it. THIS IS NOT A SMART WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Any intelligent small business owner would know that accommodating that customers small request would bring them further sales in the future. What was most disturbing was how disrespectful she was on the phone. Additionally, one of the items we rented did not work so when we asked if they could test out the product at our home when they picked it up, they conveniently said they have to test it at their site (without us present!). Miraculously, the item worked when they tested it back at their shop! Unbelievable! So no refund even though we never got to use the item because it was defective. RUDE STAFF and they clearly could care less about customer satisfaction. NEVER AGAIN. B more

I'd have to say this... I've found party place very helpful with my weddings arragements!! i suppose I was fortunate, but keep in mind that everyone has there bad days!! more

I just called to see if they had or rented a few items.....they did not have what I needed....BUT.....Not only did they tell me where to get it....they gave me the phone number. Makes me want to call them back when I need other items!! Good Job!! more

Not impressed1 2/16/2010

I had 2 phone calls answered by a "half-dead sounding young female" employee that sounded like her "best and last boy-friend had just been run over". She seemed too tired to answer simple questions about stock, and directions. \r (I do not live close-by and it is a commute to the store.) \r I was pleasant at all times to her.\r Some employee customer-service training is sorely needed, \r or med's for depression and PMS. :) more

i asked if they rented chairs and couldn't hear her clearly! and she was rude about it and then i said thank you and the lady just hung up on me! make sure your cell phone is clear or you might hung up on! more

I just got off the phone with an employee there by the name Phillis and she was extremely rude!! I called to ask about the price and sizes of tents. She immediately responded with a rude and unhelpful attitude. I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to use them ever!! more

Huge selection! 11/2/2005

This place is great for any event that you are planning. They have rentals for large parties and weddings. Some of the items they rent out are tents, helium tanks, candelabras, tableware, etc. They also have a huge selection of party supplies. When my little boy wanted a pirate party, they had everything I needed. They had pirate plates, napkins, cups, eye patches, pirate flags, gold coins, everyything! They have many different themes for which they carry a lot of party supplies. The prices are also pretty reasonable. more
