Three weeks after a radiator hose replacement, it broke causing a road side breakdown and replacement of a relatively new radiator,( 4 years). Despite strong evidence of faulty repair, Granny's would not stand behind their repair or respect 10 years of customer loyalty and thousands of dollars in previous 10 years of service. more

Granny's Garage - Terrific Shop 10/28/2009

I have worked with Granny's Garage for 5 years. My experiences have been always positive. Kurt Kimball, proprietor of Granny's, is quick to lend insightful advice and is at the ready to save his customers from needless repairs - although sometimes I refuse to listen....His first impulse is to find an economical solution to the problem. Honesty, integrity and warmth are seldom words one can attach to an automotive establishment, but in the case of Granny's Garage, they are all accurate.
