We were very happy 4/25/2012

I was surprised to see the negative reviews. We got quotes from three companies and their quote was the lowest. Their quote was almost a third lower than the HD quote. Despite that, we thought the work was done very professionally and with good attention to detail. And we thought they charged reasonably for the additional work that was identified once the old roof had been removed. It's been five years since they did the work and there have been absolutely no issues that we have noticed in that time. We liked them enough that we have just asked them to quote the job on another building we own. more

It was Bad Experience 11/14/2011

Horrible communication! Angie (the office manager I'm guessing) is one of the rudest and most incompetent people I have had the displeasure to work with. When I asked to speak with her boss or the owner her response was ""good luck you have to get through me!"" No I would not use them again. I hope they make things right by repairing the rain gutter they damaged during installation. more

Roof Install went as promised 3/24/2011

I was very new at roofing materials and Hoyt Roofs educated me and versed me on all the aspects of the roof project and roof materials. It took them two weeks to schedule our job, but after the roof was complete we received we what we were promised, the quality of install was excellent, and I would recommend them to my friends and even use them again. more
