It is not uncommon for one to make a bad investment. We are familiar with this event, & it has not stopped Pat(my wife), me, or my family from continuing to use Dr. Cooper's services. Because we know his character is impeccable. Making a bad investment decision is not a character flaw, rather a judgmental flaw which anyone can make. This has nothing to do with how Dr Cooper runs your business. As patients, we have received excellent care in adjustments, food supplement, & most important a positive consciousness of Spiritual Healing. Because of his excellent integrity, professionalism, humility, spiritual awareness, love, & care for all his patients, many, many healings, some miraculous, have occurred. We have witnessed this during the last thirteen plus years that we have been his patients. Dr Cooper & his staffs’ positive care as been instrumental in keeping Pat, myself, & our family members healthy as well as his other patients. As a result, Pat & I were also able to overcome cancer: Pat tongue cancer, & I colon cancer, as well as other health issues. For that we are appreciative & thankful. Dr Cooper has also willingly given support to your community via his COOP Foundation through your Christmas gift event to needy families, as well as free or discounted chiropractic services.\r

Pat & I lost a few thousand dollars due to the Enron scandal. We received a dime for every dollar lost. We did not choose the investment, but our consultant from Merrill Lynch did. We just followed his suggestion. Ge Unfortunately, the consultant was arrogant & verbally abusive when we informed him that we were investing elsewhere. Had he not displayed that attitude, we may have remained with him. It was soon after that Merrill Lynch was sanctioned by the government for misleading its investors not only with Enron but other questionable investments & tactics. \r
We've learned to let go or our bad investments & learned to be more discerning with future investments. Also, we understand that Dr Cooper's investment turned out to be a very sophisticated ponzi scheme, for which the perpetrator was arrested, convicted, & sentenced, not Dr Cooper, who was also a victim.\r
Dr Cooper continues to be of service to our families & other patients. For that we are thankful. L & P S.\r
