I am writing to thank you Mirabel, and your staff on behalf of my husband and I.
We cannot thank you enough for all that you have done to make our move from NYC to LA seamless. Even though you have other clients, we always felt that you gave us the appropriate amount of attention. You returned our calls and emails in
a timely manner, your estimates on dates, times, etc. were more like perfect
predictions, you and Mirabel were so attentive and professional throughout our entire interaction. This is so important during something as stressful as a cross country move.
Please allow us to also extend our appreciation for the wonderful job that the staff in NYC and LA did when picking up our items and dropping them off. The
staff group in NYC was on time, they moved quickly but quietly, they worked as a team, they were respectful to each other and to my husband and me. They answered our questions and fully explained the things that we were being asked to sign.
They were dressed appropriately for the task and they were careful with our items. This was extremely impressive given how hectic it is to complete a job like this in NYC with the parking and traffic situations, and extremely old buildings with small living spaces.
The staff and LA were a perfect match. They too were professional, courteous, dressed appropriately, and timely (well really quick!). They made us feel like they truly cared about their work (and our items!). We could tell that they handled our items with care, as all items were returned to us in perfect condition.
I should also mention that both moves took place early in the morning, yet we had NO complaints from neighbors or management in either location about noise or damaged walls/doors etc!
We cannot say enough about the service that you, Mirabel, and the moving teams in NYC and LA provided. We hope that a humble thank you will suffice.
