Poor Customer Service. Lack of follow up skills. Serious Lack of Due Dilligence making errors often. I have had the escrow officer call customers and yell at them, or get in arguments with lenders, whick tends to blur the lines between being a neutral 3rd party and forcing a hand in the transaction.
