Oscar at the Hair Stop is one of the best barbers I have ever had. I've been getting my hair cut by him for over five years and have yet to reeive a bad haircut. He's the best. 8/14/2008

great haircut at a very reasonable price 5/16/2007

I've been going to the Hairstop since moving to San Diego 5 years ago. The owner (Oscar) always listens to what I want and gives me a fantastice haircut for what I consider an incredible bargain, only $10. When I lived in the midwest I would get my hair cut for 3 to 4 times that much and have never been as pleased with the results. Plus Oscar is a great guy! Pros: The owner and the cut Cons: can't think of any more
