I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon since 2002. He used to be fantastic. I referred my boyfriend to him, and he had nothing but problems. The Rx had to be changed 4 times and took over 6 months to get it right. And there were never any apologies but certainly always plenty of excuses: the doctor is not in, George (the lab tech) is out for 2 weeks, your part is backordered, blah blah blah. \r \r Things took a dramatic change in this office once Dr. Gordon became a member of Burbank City Council. He's constantly interrupted by his staff when he's with his patients, to the point where you just want to get up and leave. He's even taken cell phone calls while giving me an eye exam!\r \r Recently I had a problem with my frames and I called the office. They were rather nice over the phone, and I went in to the office to have them look at my frames. This is such a fantastic office. The optometrist makes you feel like family, he takes a personal interest in each of his patients. He wants you to be happy with his service, if you are not happy, you need to call him and he will make it right. He does his best to work with you.
