Mandarin Kitchen

I got three items from this restaurant for $23 plus a $3 tips I thought it was getting a deal. However this is the biggest rip-off ever. The foods were the worst that I ever got from any take out place. I don’t how they got four stars on yelp. # 065. Chicken, Beef, Pork, BBQ Pork or Vegetables MushuMake it With: BBQ Pork: The menu clear stated that I will get four pancakes with my mu shu. However I got four tortillas. The BBQ Pork was dried and there were only a hand full of it soaked in a soup of stir fried vegetables. I felt cheated by this. #146. Assorted Chef Salad (Chicken and Shrimp: This is very pricey for cabbage, ginger, salad dressing, and a handful of shrimps, chicken breast strips, and cashew nuts. #047. Assorted Appetizer (12): This is the worst thing I ever ate and I had to thrown half of it away. For the price of 10.99 you will get 2 deep fried wonton skins, 2 deep fried cream cheese wontons, 2 deep fried shrimps, 2 small BBQ pork , 2 vegetable eggrolls, and 2 triangle spam or meat balls could no?t tell because they were so flat. The wontons and shrimps were dried and hard to eat. The eggrolls were uneatable. The pork were not fully cooked I could see the mushy raw meat. There were more fat than meat and drenched in grease. This got to be a joke I was so disguised by it. more

I had the lunch mongolian beef, it was pretty good. Pleasantly surprised. more

I would rate it great if they had provided the packets of hot mustard and hot sauce that I specifically asked for. I really like their food and quick delivery service. I like hot mustard for the fried shrimp and I like the hot sauce to spice up some of the dishes. I ended up with 2 packets of mustard and 2 packets of hot sauce for 4 main dishes and 1 appetizer for two people. I had added the request for the hot sauce in the notes for the each particular dish. I guess they don't bother to read the notes. This alone brings down my review to OK. more

Delivery wasn't quick and wasn't long either. I had the sweet and sour chicken- the meat was really dry and so was the sauce. I also had spicy tofu which was just ok. I'll try other things. :) more

Oh. My. God. The duck was divine and wasn't still covered in feathers as some restaurants tend to do. We also tried the chocolate cake. Wow. Will order again! more

Food was good but took an hour and half to arrive more

Good food, delivery was within 15 minutes or less. more
