I went in for a standard check-up and they recommended a deep gum cleaning, had me sign something in the middle of the cleaning, and I ended up having to pay $400 for it. Of course, it was my fault for not telling them I wanted to wait until after the cleaning to fill out any paperwork. I'll be more careful next time, especially since it all should have been covered by my insurance. On top of that, they sent me bills for $200+ after the appointment, which were for the services I had already shelled out $400 for. I finally cleared it up with them months later when I essentially fought with the receptionist over the phone for them to double-check their payment records. With head shots of George Costanza from "Seinfeld" on the wall, don't expect to get quality service or attentive billing practices from Field & Field if you're not a celebrity.
