ordered a bouquet of purple tulips ( 1 dozen to be exact) for my best friend's graduation. I knew purple tulips aren't those common flowers that they will have in a florist store (even though Ralphs always have a lot in stock), therefore I walked into the store one week in advance to make sure that they can do something like that.
First visit was smooth, all my requests were fulfilled with yes yes yes we will do it, no problem..blah blah blah.
Second (phone call): 4 days prior my best friend's graduation, i called to MAKE SURE that they are OK with my order, still YES YES YES from them.
Third (Phone call): 2 days prior: Here is what they said to me, "Yes, no problem, the person (forgot the name) are going to get the flower right now, and yes you can come pick it up and we will have it ready.
PICKUP DAY 6pm: BOO, WE DON'T HAVE PURPLE TULIPS.
I walked in to order, confirmed it twice within a week and here we go, the day before my best friend's graduation, all I heard was, "SO, WHAT YOU WANT US TO DO NOW, WE DON'T HAVE IT, YEA.. SOO... what you want..."
I was like if its just a normal day then I will let you go, but HECK NO if its my best friend's graduation. YOU GUYS RUINED IT with your bad service and bad response to your mistake.
and Yup, and I will be spreading my words for your bad service.
I guess they were nice when they were trying to take your business but once you are hook, they became... u knw.. NASTY.
NEVER n I SAID NEVER ORDER FLOWER FROM HERE FOR IMPORTANT OCCASION. You may do if you just want to do a grab n go but NEVER if you are ordering flowers for people that mean something in your life.
