The location is great, very convenient. The store is clean. The staff is very mixed. The workers are very helpful with all the phones. T mobile is a good company. They have many plans with or with no contracts. I bought several phones from them. The customer service is good at their site compare to the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall. The customer service by phone is usually good. They actually gave me extra minutes twice this year. One day my charger was dead, I went to the store and they gave me another one for free. They always hook me up with free sim cards. Central square location will charge you for the sim cards. I used to have T mobile and then switched to others. It's funny how I always leave the other companies and switch back to T mobile. T mobile I am not sure yet if I am here to stay but I can tell you I am here for now.
