Best "deal" in Walla Walla 1/26/2012

Friendly staff, close to award-winning downtown without paying Whitman hotel prices. Immaculate facility, we used their conference room and were amazed at how accomodating their staff was to our families. If I were traveling to Walla Walla and looking for an affordable room with breakfast and pool/hot tub I would look at the Best Western Suites Inn. Pros: null Cons: null more

Friendly staff, close to downtown - Affordable! 1/26/2012

As a resident of Walla Walla, I have had the opportunity to visit many of the hotels here. Last fall I was looking for an affordable conference space that was ADA accessible for a party for families with children with disabilities. The staff at Best Western Suites Inn was by far the most friendly of all the hotels contacted, and went above and beyond in service to make our Christmas Open House beautiful. The entire hotel was in immaculate condition. If I were looking to stay in an affordable hotel, close to downtown with a pool/hot tub, I would strongly suggest you stay at Best Western Suites Inn, Walla Walla. Pros: null Cons: null more

Horrible! 3/23/2011

We reserved a room at this Best Western for a Walla Walla wine tour. We called to cancel the reservation 3 days before the date. The manager would not reimburse us for the room. She told us we had to pay the first night. I called corporate and they told me that it was totally up to the hotel and that she would give them a call for me. Corporate put me on hold and called the hotel and asked her if she would so kindly reimburse us. Corporate got back on the line with me and said the manager will still not refund us and she is sticking with her decision. I feel the manager of this hotel has no morals. You pay for services and goods and in this incident we did not receive any services and called and gave them more notice than most places require. We had to cancel because my girl friend is very ill. And yes, it is not a cold. Think twice before staying here or not staying here. In other reviews people were unhappy about all the noise. There are better place around there to stay trust me, we go down there often. more
