Be ready for some rude and obnoxious waiters!! My friend forgot her debit card at Plush when we got home. I decided to do her a favor and pick it up for her since she had to go to work the next day. So I went and they let me in the club. The waiter said, well you have to wait since you are the one who forgot your card. So I said, ok I know, I'm sorry I forgot it. After waiting for 20 mins they finally came back with my friends ard and the waiter asked if I had cash, I replied: No, i don't have any. He got a huge attitude and said: well, we can't take tips by credit card anymore since the tabs are closed, so, you don't have any cash?, I then said no I have no cash, he again asked me if I had cash for a tip and was all in my face! I said, I'm sorry, I don't and I walked away with my friends card. I didn't have any cash and he freaked me out at how much of an attitude he got with me just because I didn't have cash! I would have put it on my friends card but it wasn't my fault they closed the tab and it was only a $20 bill!!!. SO I walk away from the bar and the front doors were locked, I walked to the bar and asked the waiters if they could unlock them and they said NO since I didn't leave a tip! So I walk away and see another bartender coming up from the downstairs level and asked him if he could unlock the doors and he nodded his head and said NO!! I called my husband who was waiting outside the front door and told him that nobody would unlock the doors! at this point I am freaking out and the bartender from downstairs which was passing by me turned around and said: Oh I can open it. The bouncer standing outside unlocked the door since he saw someone trying to get out. My husband was at the front door by that time. I will NEVER go BACK TO THIS RUDE PLACE!!!! I went to this down town night club not knowing what to expect. I was told they feature the best DJ's in town. I went and had a blast! This nightclub maes everything in dallas look small. The entertainment, the dj's , the music, the clients, all good. If you are looking for the best night out in dallas, go downtown to plush and get your groove on! This place is the bomb! The product launch party was put on by the dude that invented ""5 hour energy"" shots like you buy at 7-11 has this new shot that is supposed to rekindle the feeling of love between man and woman. I wasn't sure what to expect when my friend suggested going to Plush. I hadn't been out to a dance club in quite some time and wasn't sure if I was still up to it considering how much you hear about how exclusive some have gotten. To be honest though, I had a lot of fun. The DJ was pumping great music and the dance floor was popping with fun lighting. The crowd that night was really cool. A nice mix of people and a lot of attractive singles without feeling like you were just there to try and be picked up. The club owners obviously took pride in creating this place and making it a club where you can really let loose. I love to dance to great music and enjoy the Dallas nightlife and I certainly got both at this club. The DJs were great and played awesome dance music. Or, if you don't like to dance, but love music, there are plenty of places to just chill and enjoy drinks from the bar. I also heard they have a lot of guest DJs. I was really mad to hear I missed DJ Jazzy Jeff! Oh well, maybe next time. Anyway, I think it is one of the best dance clubs in Dallas. more
