Hi Eric! This is Terri, bride to be, who was interested in booking your ’09 Ford Explorer, 14 passenger, for our wedding July 3rd 3-9 pm. You remember me, if not you will as you read on. I spoke with you on Mon., April 18, 2011 after seeing the ride Sat. April 16, 2011. I inquired if it would be possible for you to accept less than 50% deposit? Immediately you told me “it’s been booked.” Well, as of this morning my friend Kim spoke with Diane at your office. The inquiry was the same date and time going to Foxwoods. Low and behold the ride is open and less then 50% dep. would be accepted! After Kim’s call, I called and we spoke I asked “for the owner’s name” because I wanted to send a thank-you. You were all happy to give your name when I spoke with you. Well, this is my Thank-you for everyone to view. You have done me such a BIG favor by lying I have found another company who is much more professional than yourself. Not that much more money either! For all of you who view this review…50% as a deposit is NOT the standard industry rate, as Eric claims. It’s Eric’s rate. Take the time to call around and you will find other companies who are willing to work with you and NOT LIE. To be dishonest even before the contract, in which Exceptional would NOT allow any other language except for their own means there’s something wrong. Think about changing your companies name because Exceptional you are not. Thank-you again Eric!!
