Avoid renting an apartment here at all costs. First, the rent is too high for what you get. The appliances are low quality and horrible. They have installed the cheapest they could find. The dishwasher does not wash your dishes, and you literally have to dump your glassware when you move out. The laundry unit is even worse and ruins your clothes. Secondly, you do not get the apartment in the best shape. The refrigerator and freezer smelled so badly when we first moved in. The carpet was stained and fitly dirty. The kitchen faucet was leaky and never fixed although they sent a guy a couple of times to fix it. So it was dripping in the cabinet underneath, and I had to leave a bowl there and keep emptying it.\r
The other terrible thing is their billing department. They work only a couple of hours a day and keep sending you nonsensical bills and statements that you need to spend hours to get sorted out.\r
The worst part is when you want to move out. Yes, they charge you for steam cleaning the carpet that you had to accept as “clean” according to their low standards.They are very rude too. They speak over you and scream during a conflict.\r
If you have a choice, please do yourself a favor and do not rent here. Also discourage others from doing so. I am writing this to help other people avoid a lot of hassle and aggrevation.\r
