This place is owned by a woman named Vaia who will not return your calls or emails and directed by a horrendous human being named Nick who will refuse to return your calls and will instruct staff to tell you lies about why he won't treat you. The staff routinely fouls up with making appointments and the therapists routinely cancel appointments and make you wait over 45 minutes to see them. This has to be the most unprofessionally run mental health practice in the United States. If it's not, I feel sorry for the people at the worse places, but I feel sorry enough for anyone dealing with Aristotle in Astoria. Garbage from beginning to end.
