Massage Envy is pretty good with reminding me of my appointments. However, when i show up, they never admit me on time. They always admit me at least 10 mins late, and end the massage 10 mins early. Which means i lost almost 30% of an hour massage. One time, i walked out because the wait was more than 15 mins late. Most massage therapists at Massage Envy are not as skillful as other therapist i have had. They do not have the skills to address the area of concerns. I tried different therapists each month, but they are all the same level. I would never try Massage Evny again. more
