Legends apartements was one of the most nicest complexs i have been to. The staff at legends are wonderful people and can not do enough to help with your every need.

My experience at Legend Park has been great. The Ladies in the leasing office have always been helpful and the maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any repairs. more

i love it 11/19/2010

I have lived here four years and i love it the office staff is always there to help even when it's not part of there job, they still go out of the way to please the residents. Always helpful go take a look for yourself and you will see. more

Fantastic 11/2/2010

Because of a job transfer I have to leave Legend Park. I will miss it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It is like family. The management really seems to care about the place and how it looks. The pool area is fantastic--like a hotel. If I get to move back to the Chicago area, I would like to live here again. more

recommend Legend Park 10/27/2010

Just moved in last month and I love my new apartment. I don't visit much with my neighbors, it seems that we are on opposite schedules but when they are home the are so quiet, I often forget that they live above me. I am looking forward to spending the holidays in my place. My friends love it! Also, they do allow pets, which is nice- my dog is like my kid- they do charge extra for pets but not as much as I assumed. And what a small world, I ran into a guy in the parking lot that I work with. Anyways, I would recommend Legend Park to my family, and hoping my little sister will be able to move in when she is finished with school. more

I'd recommend the property to anyone 9/2/2010

I've been a resident for almost 4 years and am very pleased. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean, security is good and the maintenance issues I've had have been handled quickly. I'd recommend the property to anyone looking for an apartment.- nascar22girl? more

I highly recommend Legend Park 8/26/2010

I highly recommend Legend Park, I have lived here for 2 years and am posibly accepting a job near Wisconsin. If I do get the job I can only hope I find a complex that will be as nice and treat me as well. I will not be happy to leave more

I don't know why everyone seems to not like it here because I've been living at Legend Park for over a year now and I love it. Sure it has its problems, but every place does. When something breaks the maintenance crew fixes everything right away and if there is ever a problem the staff is very helpful. I live alone on the ground floor and I feel very safe. My neighbors have 2 kids and the only time I can even hear them is if they are walking loudly down the hallway, which is hardly ever. And all of the people that I have met in my building are very friendly. I also love the fact that gas, heat and air are all included in the rent, which is a big money saver. I like it so much that I just renewed my lease and will be staying for at least another year. I would recommend Legend Park to a friend in a second. more

It has been good 7/8/2010

It has been good, we had some flooding and Electrical problems when we move in, but everything was taken care off. My children and my husband have enjoy all the community amenities like the Clubhouse, Racquetball Court,Fitness Center, and the Children's playground. more
