IT services 4/26/2012

Had a virus on my company PC and also needed my wireless network secured. The tech came over and setup my network and had my computer running like new. He was very honest and personable and explained to me everything he was doing. more

Very helpful techs 4/22/2012

We are a medium sized business in NYC and we had a worm that corrupted EVERYTHING! We called Advanced and they sent over their tech team. These guys are hard working and focused. They had us up and running with a few hours. My business team really appreciates all their hard work. They are an excellent crew of techs. more

I called them for virus issues in my company and they showed up very quickly and were able to repair the problem within less than 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism showed by the technician and the timely manner in which the problem was solved. \r \r more

Care about their customers 3/29/2012

A very trustworthy place. I was told that they would take a look at my dead computer and give a cost of repair prior to doing the work. When it turned out to be a bad motherboard, they recommended against the high cost of replacing it to just back up the files. I was really pleasantly surprised with this recommendation. I really felt like these guys cared. I was expecting to get my computer fixed for a high cost, but I really appreciated the honesty here and would openly send all my friends and family here. more

Guaranteed satisfaction 3/27/2012

I first called them to resolve a server issue where all of the workstations would freeze.They came in and fixed the issue right away and now we use them for periodic maintenance to make sure all is well. Very comforting and professional! more

Life savers 3/21/2012

My desktop crashed at 8 a.m in the morning, and all my work was due 5 pm. I had a tech here at 10 am. He picked up my desktop and in 3 hours I had it back. Everything was up and running. All my info was back. I cant believe how fast and how affordable. I recommend to anyone. These will be my tech guys from now on.. more

I had a laptop which needed repairs for school these guys turned around and replaced the whole motherboard in a matter of days, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Thanks so much! more
