I have had an account at this bank for at least 5 years and were it not for the inconvenience of transferring all my accounts and transactions to another bank I would have dropped them long ago. For one thing, I applied for an auto loan through them in '05. I assumed my history with the bank, large income and low debt ratio would make it unnecessary to look elsewhere. A week had passed with no response on their part before I called to find out what the delay was. They were excited to tell me they approved my request at a ridiculous 14.9% and I was excited to tell them I was approved elsewhere at a more reasonable 5.25%. Request withdrawn!! The next annoyance was a repeated occurrance of my address being changed to my ex spouse. Not only the account she was on previously, but a secondary account I opened solely AND my business account. 4 separate times, ALL of my account(s) paperwork were being sent to an address I never approved, with no reasonable explanation why. Can you say major security breach and incompetence? I think you can. The staff is friendly enough, but shoot if you are starving for a friendly face go buy a frappucino at starbucks and put your money someplace less frustrating.
Cons: Poor rates, Bad service, Service fees are expensive
